True Imprint specializes in screen printing promotional items, While we try to meet need and expectation, their are certain limitations in the industry.
products may differ in color, size, weight, or height, as these are hand-made products that come from various factories in China and USA. Product colors and specs may also differ slightly from what is viewed on the website; therefore we recommend that you request a ‘random’ sample prior to placing an order, in order to view the items first hand.

. If you are specific about which color you would like please request a sample and see if our color is close . We will not be responsible to colors that do not match to what you consider to be xyz university blue, green,red ect...
some imprint colors may change due the item color. like green printing on blue will make the green slightly darker than it will on white. the chemistry of some colors change on various colors. again please request a sample
Imprint colors must be carefully chosen. We recommend that you choose light color inks to be printed onto dark color items, as this provides more contrast than a dark colored imprint on a dark colored item or a light colored imprint on a light colored item.
For example, if you order brown imprint color on brown pens, the imprint would not show up well against the brown background. However, many customers have their own pre-conceived notions about what looks good and what does not, therefore, we will NOT judge your options NOR will we be responsible for the choice of imprint color(s) that you make.
The products that we carry are intended purely as promotional items; therefore products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. In screen printing slight variations and imperfections in are not considered flaws
Art proof are made to give an idea of what the art will look like, it is not suppose to be 100% exact. The size of the mart may change as much as 25% smaller or larger when printing. color differences may arise in art proofs colors seem lighter and darker on some monitors. proofs will not depict exact imprint colors nor will it illustrate the exact imprint size, as it is merely a computer-generated image. Changing artwork and proofs or failure to approve the art will delay the production time
Certain changes can not be made to rush orders. for normal production orders place make changes within 24hrs or less
Return & Refund Policy
Custom printed products cannot be restocked. In fact, the industry standard for customized products dictates a NO RETURN and a NO REFUND policy.
If an order is not well received — either due to a typo or other issues — please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of goods: DO NOT DISCARD DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the most effective resolution. We may request a digital image or a physical sample of the item depicting the problem.
